The set pressure should be between 2-3bar (0.2MPa-
0.3MPa).
Pressure unit (1) is responsible for the adjustment of the
cutter unit, pressure unit (2) for the contact pressure
To adjust, lift the cap (3) and turn the pressure regulator
in the direction of the arrows to increase pressure and
decrease pressure against the direction of the arrows.
Note: The pressure setting for the cutter unit is only dis-
played on the manometer when operated.
The adjusted pressure should be between 3-4bar (0,3MPa-
0,4MPa).
Pressure unit (1) is for setting the end cutting of the edge
band saw unit, pressure unit (2) for the start of the edge
band saw unit.
Note: The set pressure for the unit (1) should always be
slightly higher than that for unit (2).
To adjust, lift the cap (3) and turn the pressure regulator
in the direction of the arrows to reduce pressure against
the direction of the arrows.
Note: The pressure setting for the unit (1) is only dis-
played when operated.

Place the edge band on the edge
band support (1) and slide it
through the rollers (2), heating
plate (3) up to the feed roller (4).
The height adjustment is to be made at
2 positions:
The edge hold-down device (1) should
be adjusted with approx. 1-2mm
height clearance.
For Pos1: Release the lever Lower the
roller and fix the lever again.
For Pos2: Loosen screw 3 and adjust
the height with the knurled screw (2).
