Use long-stem match (fireplace match).
•
See "Match-Lighting" section of Lighting Your Plancha.
•
Check for gas in LP cylinder.
•
Turn front of plancha to face wind or increase flame height
by turning gas valve to a higher postion.
•
Replace LP cylinder.
•
Clean burners and plancha cooking surface.
•
Trim fat from meat before ooking.
•
Adjust (lower) temperature accordingly.
•
Turn knobs to OFF. Let fire burn out. After plancha cools,
remove and clean all parts.
•
Turn knobs to OFF. Clean burner and/or burner tubes. See
burner cleaning Care and Maintenance Section of this guide
