HOEHENVERSTELLUNG UND
BEDIENUNG DES BANDRECHENS
Je nach Art der zu schaffenden Arbeit, den
Bandrechen vor jedem Einsatz auf erforderliche
Hoehe einstellen (Bild 3).

Streuen und Wenden

Bandrechen an die Dreipunktvorrichtung des
Traktors anhaengen und herablassen, bis die
Federzinken auf der rechten Seite den Rasen
beruehren, auf der linken Seitee hingegen etwa
8 cm vom Boden gehoben sind. Somit wird das
Geraet von Transport-in
gebracht.
Betriebsgeschwindigkeit:

beim Streuen etwa 6 km/h

beim Wenden bis 8 km/h

Rechen

Den an Dreipunktvorrichtung angehaengten
Bandrechen herablassen, bis alle Federzinken
den Rasen beruehren und diesen gruendlich
rechen. Die Schwaden
verstellbarem Anhaltetuch
formen.
Betriebsgeshwindigkeit: bis 6 km/h.

Transport

Vor Transport den Bandrechen mittels der
Hubhydraulik des Traktors aufheben. In dieser
Position die Raeder des Bandrechens durch
Ziehen der Hebel in Transportposition senken.

ADJUSTMENT OF THE WORKING
HEIGHT AND WORK WITH THE
RAKE
Before starting to work, set the rake to the
height prescribed for specific of work (fig. 3).
The easiest way to do that is following:

Scattering, tedding

Put the rake from the transport position to the
working position so that you lower it to the
ground when it is connected to the 3 point bars.
Lower the rake to the height where the spring
fingers on the right side touch the ground, while
the spring fingers on the left are lifted from the
ground for approximately 8 cm.

Working speed of scattering is approx.
6 km/h

and working speed of tedding is approx.
8 km/h.

Raking

Lower the rake, which is attached to the 3 point
bars, to the ground. It should get lowered to the
position where all the spring tines touch the
ground and make clean raking.
Swaths are made by the curtain, which is
adjustable according to the desired size of the
swath. Working speed is up to 6 km/h.
Transport
Lift the rake by tractor hydraulics to the
transport position.
Than lower the wheels of the rake to the
transport position by pulling the handles-balls.
