The "WALK STRIDE" indicator will appear.
11. Enter the length of your stride when walking by pushing
the "ST./STP." button (forward) or "SELECT" button (back).
A good method of determining the average
length of your stride is to walk or run a fixed
distance (e.g. 328 ft (100 meters)) and count the
number of strides required. Then divide the dis-
tance by the number of steps and convert the
feet to inches.
12. To confirm your selection, push the "MODE" button.
The "RUN STRIDE" indicator will appear.
13. Enter the length of your stride when running by pushing
the "ST./STP." button (forward) or "SELECT" button (back).
