Do not load nails of different lengths at the same
time.
Do not load multiple strips of few nails at one time.
Doing so may lead to jamming or other malfunctions.
Nails from 15 to 45 mm can be used with this power
tool.
Place the tips of the nails of whatever length against
the bottom of the groove in the magazine. (Fig. 12)
(1) Lightly press the stop lever.
(2) Slowly pull out the magazine cover. (Fig. 13)
(3) Push the nails against the uneven surface of the
magazine and insert the nail tips as far as they will go
into the groove of the magazine.

with your fingers. (Fig. 14)
(5) Push the magazine cover forward to return it to the
closed position, checking that the nails do not stick
out above the uneven surface of the magazine.
NOTE
Close the magazine cover gently.
Applying excessive force may result in deformation
of the nail strip, preventing the magazine cover from
closing.
If the magazine cover is hard to close, check the
groove of the magazine.
Nails sometimes get into the groove. If this happens,
tilt the power tool and remove the nails with a
precision screwdriver or thin bar. In particular, if any
nails get into the hole shown in the cross-section

Check carefully inside the blade guide, as it will be
hard to see any nails that have been left behind there.
If nails get jammed and cannot be removed, refer to
the section "Removing Nail Jams."
6. Anti Blank Firing Mechanism
This nailer is equipped with an anti blank firing
mechanism to prevent blank firing when the nails
run out.
The trigger will cease to operate when 11 or fewer
nails remain.
Approximately 11 nails will remain after firing the
strip of nails, but replenishing the magazine with nails
of the same length will enable nailing to be continued.
<Inspection procedures for switch arm operation (Fig. 16)>
(1) To prevent accidents due to incorrect operation, be
sure to disconnect the battery.
(2) Open the magazine cover and remove all the
remaining pin nails.

foreign objects around it. In addition, apply a drop of
machine oil to the rotating part to facilitate movement.
(5) Lastly, fill the magazine with strips of 11 or more pin
nails and check that the switch arm does not move
