Manual emergency operation of free-wheel lift table LT (Fig. 18)
To lower the free-wheel lift table in the event of a power failure, proceed as follows:
1) turn off the master switch;
2) open the control unit door;
3) move the control cabinet so that the hydraulic equipment is clearly visible;
4) press and hold down button A on pneumatic solenoid valve YV8 to raise the mechani-
cal safety devices. Check that both safety devices are raised before proceeding;
5) unscrew pawl B3 of the hydraulic solenoid valve YV7. Remove the solenoid valve coil
from its mount;
position pawl B2 in its mount and screw it completely (to open the block valve);
6) operate the manual pump PM so as to raise the free-wheel lift table sufficiently to
disengage both mechanical safety device claws.
If the two safety devices have been already disengaged from the claws, do not oper-
ate the manual pump PM and continue to the following point;
7) unscrew plug B1 of the hydraulic solenoid valve YV5. Turn anticlockwise the brass
pawl B2 of the solenoid valve;
8) once the lift is completely lowered, release the pneumatic solenoid valve YV8 button
A; then turn completely clockwise the brass pawl of the hydraulic solenoid valve YV5
and screw again its pawl B2;
9) restore the initial conditions of the solenoid valves EV7.
