Correcting the synchronisation of the free-wheel lift table (Fig.15)
WARNING
For free-wheel lift table correct operation, the synchronisation of the runways
must be corrected periodically.
After about 500 working hours, a slight misalignment of the runways of the free-wheel lift
table may occur. This is due to the slight leaks which occur in the main cylinder, which
tend to increase the volume of oil in the secondary circuit over time, thus causing an
increase in its stroke.
To adjust, proceed as follows:
IMPORTANT
The operations below must be carried out with no load on the free-wheel lift table.
1. Position the main lift in safe condition about halfway through its lifting stroke.
2. Lower the free-wheel lift table.
3. Remove the cabinet front panel.
4. Press the up button LT and hold it down once the upper limit switch is reached, open
the synchronisation correction valve VRF until the runways are completely aligned.
Once alignment is achieved, close the synchronisation correction valve VRF.
5. Press the down button LT until the free-wheel lift table is completely lowered;
one of the runways will not close completely, therefore open again the valve VRF until
the complete closure, by holding the down button depressed.
Close again the valve VRF.
6. Raise and descend completely the free-wheel lift table without load.
If, at cycle end, the alignment is retained, the operation can be considered completed.
If runway misalignment persists, repeat points 4-5 until the free-wheel lift table is
completely aligned.
