8.1 CONTROL PANEL VGP60N
The control panel displays three subsequent screens:
Switch on / Press ON
8.1.1 INITIAL SCREEN (MACHINE SWITCH ON)
If after switching on, during the set time interval (15 minute default), the machine fails to turn on, enter
the stand-by mode for energy saving.
To exit the energy saving mode, press ON.
• CONT. CYCLES: displays the number of cycles performer by the machine.
• RESET COUNTER: allows the resetting of the number of cycles performed.
• TAR: enables the machine's initial calibration cycle.
8.1.2 PARAMETER DISPLAY SCREEN (DISPLAYED BY PRESSING ON)
• PROG: programs (0-9)
• TEMP: sealing temperature (0-250 °C).
• VAC: vacuum (0-100%).
• VAC+: additional vacuum (1-20 seconds).
• GAS: gas (0-110%).

• ON: allows entering the programming screen and their settings.
• TEMP ECO: It is the temperature at which sealing plate is kept when the machi-
ne is in stand-by mode. With the +/- keys, you can increase/decrease the "Eco"
temperature aimed at energy saving.
When the machine is switched on (by pressing ON), the temperature
of the plate will be brought to the parameters set in the selected and
activated program and NOT to the energy saving temperature.
• TIMER ECO: represents the minimum amount of time before the intervention of
the energy saving mode "Eco" which is set by the manufacturer at 15 minutes.
It is adjustable by pressing +/-.
Pressing ON, the programming screen with the parameters set for the selected
program appears. In the SET column, programmed values are displayed, while in
the CYCLE column, upon activation of the working cycle, the rising value of the
active parameter will be displayed.
• PROG: Pressing the keys + / - , a program is selected, from 0 to 9.
• STAND-BY: Allows setting the machine in the Stand-by mode.
• MODIFY: Allows entering the programming mode and you can pass to the modify
parameters screen (see par. 8.1.3).
