SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREVENTION OF ACCESSORY HAZARDS
Only use machine tools, accessories and consumables, which are recommended by the manufacturer. Make sure to
choose the correct size and the correct type.
WARNING - Injury due to carelessness!
• Avoid direct contact with the machine tool during and after use as it can be hot or sharp.
NOTICE - If the machine is fixed to suspension equipment make sure that it is secure.

DANGER - Improper transport
Danger of life due to parts falling down! Damage of the machine!
• Never hang the machine onto the supply line.
• Never walk or work under hanging loads.
NOTICE - Separate the machine form any external energy source before transportation. Check that the
machine is undamaged and in proper condition.
Basic Safety Instructions:
CAUTION - Skin exposure to hazardous dusts may cause severe dermatitis. Dust present at the work
place could be disturbed during the maintenance procedure and inhaled.
Clean machine and work place before maintenance work.
NOTICE - Only use original the manufacturer tools, in order to avoid causing damage
Make sure that the technical data has been adhered to after all maintenance
work.
PROHIBITION - Eating, drinking and smoking are forbidden during maintenance and repair work.
WARNING - Maintenance and repair work on hydraulic equipment:
Hydraulic under pressure can cause severe injury. Disconnect machine from hydraulic supply prior to
maintenance and repair work. Replace hose lines regularly as a preventative measure even when there
is no visible damage. (Observe the manufacturer's information)
• Secure machine against unintentional start.
• Observe legal regulations
• Take precautions for persons and environment.
• Let the machine cool down to the ambient temperature.
• Use appropriate transport devices, hoistings and slings for moving heavy assemblies or parts
• Protection against tipping, tumbling or falling down when assembling/ disassembling the machine/parts.
ATTENTION – Danger of explosion!
Generation of sparks during maintenance work!
