Cause
The charging terminals
on the robot and on the
charging base do not
make good contact
The charging base is
turned off
The robot is tangled
or stuck by wires or
curtains
Solution
Check if the driving wheel is
blocked and unblock it
Check if the side brush is
blocked and clear it
Empty and clean the dust tank
and clean the suction channel
Check if the main brush is
blocked and unblock it
Solution
Clean the charging
terminals and make
sure they make good
contact
Allow the robot
to charge on the
charging base while it
is not operating
If the robot cannot
untangle by itself, do
it manually
