The sensor will notify you when the battery level goes below 15%.
Step 5: Testing sensor
Please perform this test in the area the sensor will be used to ensure
network coverage is adequate for the sensor to function.
If you do not receive a message within ten minutes of performing this
test, contact Moocall customer support.
Should the sensor never settle on blinking blue and turn itself off
after it has been blinking multiple colours for a few minutes, you
either need to activate your sensor or you may have a mobile
network coverage issue in your area. Please contact Moocall.
Ensure that the sensor
is on and that the blue
light is blinking
If the green light doesn't start blinking on the second press, ensure
that you're making solid contact with the button and try again.
You will receive an SMS on all numbers connected with the sensor, an
email and a notification via the Moocall app if you have that installed.
Only press the button with your finger, do not use any tools as this
may damage the button and the electronics inside.
