Initial considerations / Recommendations for use:
1.- Do not operate the unit for more than 48 hours.
2.- After each use, allow the unit to cool down before using again.
3.- Dehydration will enable foods to be stored for long periods, with a minimal loss of vitamins and
flavours. You can also use the technique to dry flowers or medicinal plants.
4.- Avoid putting too much food on a tray. Leaving the rest free, distribute food between all the
trays.
5.- Use the lower tray for thicker portions, meat or fish and the upper trays for thinner or more
delicate foods.
6.- The trays are removable. If you want to place larger items of food on the trays, follow the steps
in the photos shown below:

Operation:

1.- After cutting the foods into thin slices, place them neatly and evenly on the trays, enabling air
to circulate through them.
2.- Plug the unit into a 220V / 50-60Hz power outlet.
3.- Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the unit. The trays will begin to rotate automatically.
This will cause the heat to be spread evenly throughout the area.
4.- Press the "TEMP" button and use the "+" and "-" buttons to set the temperature.
5.- Press the "TIMER" button and use the "+" and "-" buttons to set the time.
6.- Place the lid on the upper tray. It must remain in place until the end of the process to ensure
the temperature remains stable.
7.- Once the work cycle has finished, open the lid and remove the foods in order to store them in
cans or jars.
8.- It is recommended to use the 5 trays, regardless of whether some of them remain empty.
