• Power supply (220÷240) Volt AC 50/60 Hz.
• First PTC sensors group (alarm)
• Second PTC sensors group (pre alarm)
• External input signal
• Delayed external input signal
• Alarm off
• Alarm on
• Pre alarm off
• Pre alarm on
• Fault or power supply off
(normally open after about 2 sec)
On switch on the device, relays K2 and K3 immediately switch on,
relay K1 switches some 2 seconds late and keeps available the
input signal to terminal n. 2 through output to terminal n. 6.
This features allows to connect directly the release device to the
alarm outputs (terminal n. 3 and n. 5) without having undesired
switching during the lighting phase, in particular when the protection
device is directly supplied by the machine to protect (see example
on TAB 4).
In normal functioning conditions there is only a red light signal
(READY), the relays are all excited.
In pre alarm conditions there is a yellow light signal (PRE ALARM),
the relay K2 is turned off.
In alarm conditions all the luminous signal are active, only K1 relay
is excited.
In case of breakdown and obviously of back off supplying, there is
no luminous signal, all the relays are turned off, the FAULT signal
appears on terminal n. 1 (only if the input signal to terminal n. 2 is
present).
