USING THE ENERJUICER

1. Once all parts are securely in place,
connect the power cord to a 120 V
power source.
2. Place the pulp collector in place by
tilting it slightly, and either a glass
or the juice collector under the juice
spout.
3. Before placing fruits and vegetables
in the chute, make sure all foods
have been thoroughly washed, if
food has to be peeled, there is no
need to wash. Also, make sure to
cut all foods to an appropriate size
so it easily fits into the feed chute.
We recommend no more than
3-inch pieces. *Please make sure
to remove any hard seeds or pits,
such as cherry or plum pits, as it
will not process in the juicer and
can damage the motor and filter.
4. Set the speed control dial to the
desired speed to start juicing. Refer
to the speed selector table (column
on right) as a guide for juicing
different fruits and vegetables.
5. Insert the prepared food into the
feed chute and push it with the food
pusher. It is best to push at a slow
pace, allowing for more juice to be
extracted from the entire fruit or
vegetable.
6. The juice will pour into the juice
collector and the pulp will be
dispensed in the pulp collector.
When pulp collector or juice collector
are full, shut the unit off and empty
both collectors juicing.
7. Reminder: Be sure to turn 2-speed
dial off to the "0" position when
juicing is complete.

NOTE: DO NOT RUN JUICER CONTINUOUSLY FOR LONGER THAN 4
MINUTES AT A TIME. TURN OFF KNOB AND LET IT REST FOR AT LEAST 2
MINUTES TO COOL DOWN THE MOTOR.
The Enerjuicer has a unique overheating protection program which automatically
turns the motor off to avoid overheating. The blue LED Operational light on the
speed dial on the front of the unit will blink for approximately 15 minutes or until
the motor cools down. Once the blinking has stopped, you should then turn the
juicer off and select the desired speed to resume unit function.
CARE & CLEANING
1. Turn the juicer completely off and disconnect it from power source.
2. Follow the instructions on disassembling the unit. (see instructions on page 6)
3. Using warm soapy water clean thoroughly each of the disassembled parts.
Please Note:
a. Use the cleaning brush when cleaning the juice filter. Be careful, the blades
are very sharp.
b. Don't use an abrasive cloth or abrasive liquids while cleaning.
c. Do not rinse or submerge the motor base in water. Use a damp cloth.
d. Dry all parts thoroughly before reusing.
4. Hand washing is recommended for all components of the upper unit. The
pusher, lid, bowl and collectors are dishwasher safe (top rack only).
Cleaning up Tough Stains
When juicing certain fruits or vegetables, you may encounter stains that might
be tougher to remove from the unit than others; we suggest using ONE of the
following cleaning procedures:
1. Soak in mild soapy water.
2. Equal parts warm water to cider vinegar.
3. Soak in ½ cup baking soda, and warm water.

Other Cleaning Tips

• Never use strong household cleaners, ammonia or abrasives.
• Clean your juicer immediately after each use to help reduce stains on the
juicer bowl and its upper parts.
