6.1 - ROUTINE AND PLANNED MAINTE-

6.1.a - In general
DANGER
All maintenance operations must be carried
out with the oven switched off and cold, and
with the line disconnector, placed upstream
of the oven, disconnected in position "
" OFF.
Maintenance operations have been subdivided into
three categories:
• ROUTINE MAINTENANCE:
It includes all the maintenance works to be made on
the machine everyday.
• PLANNED MAINTENANCE:
It includes all the maintenance works to be made ac-
cording to a maintenance plan in order to ensure a
correct working of the machine.
• MAINTENANCE IN CASE OF NEED:
Some operations to be carried out in case of need,
for instance the replacement of broken or worn com-
ponents.

6.1.b - Ordinary maintenance
6.1.b.a - Self-cleaning cycle (Fig. 1)
The oven is provided with automatic pyrolysis program.
From the main page you can access the 'self cleaning' page
selecting the icon "
A page will appear showing the chamber temperature
(1), which must reach 400°C before the 20-minute
countdown starts as shown in field (2).
The oven will switch off automatically at the end of this
time. To end this function push the button (3).
To accelerate the cleaning process and
prevent needless waste of electrical energy,
it is recommended to carry out automatic
cleaning with the closing mounth panel is
mounted
Should you switch off the oven before the
end of the cleaning cycle, the cleaning
program will restart automatically once you
turn again the oven on.The following day to
the cleaning cycle, it is possible to brush
the refractory.
