Chassis folding
Warning: never try to fold the chassis with the carrycot.
Recline seat's back and lay hood down. Release safety-locking device. Then push it down
until it is completely closed.
Assembling carrycot
Warning: this carrycot may be used as a Universal Security Restrain System, according to
ECE 44 Standards. An optional Security Kit is available to install carrycot in rear seat of
vehicle. Please read the instruction leaflet fully prior to use (13).
Slide the rods to open carrycot, making sure they are up against the stops (A14). Fit linning
and mattress, taking care to cover reclining back (B14). Insert the two head arms of the
hood in the retainers located in either side of carrycot (C14). Pull the two metal rods down
to unfold hood and fit the apron. Press the head arms, before pulling the hood out.
Reclining backrest
Locate the backrest support in the slot, to use the backrest in the upright position.
Use of the carrycot as a Babycarrier
Fit the straps correctly as shown in the picture, to use the babycarrier.
Carrycot fitting
Warning: remove seat before assembling carrycot.
Locate the two forward carrycot pins in the slots on the chassis (A17). Then locate the rear
pins (B17) in the corresponding slots. The carrycot will be correctly attached when it
"clicks". Secure the carrycot before use. To extract carrycot, release side security fasteners
(C17), sliding the red latches in the direction of the arrow. Then lift carrycot from chassis.

Warning: Remove carrycoat and seat before assembling 0+ Baby Carrier Follow the instructions
of the Manual supplied with the "TravelPlus adaptor for Derby and Lord" to assemble 0+
Baby Carrier to the chassis.

also be used as a babycarrier). From 6 months on (when baby´s back stays straight)
recommends to use Derby pushchair´s seat, first facing the mother and
then forward.
