9. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE - WARRANTY

Fault
• The mobile handset will
not switch on
• The communication gets
interrupted when you
move.
• Bad sound quality.
• The handset does not ring
immediately after a call.
Check that the MOBI is not damaged and is connected correctly. Remove any additional equipment (extension
cables, etc.). If the MOBI works after removal, this indicates that there is a connection error with another device.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS:

Solution

• Only use the rechargeable batteries that came
with the unit.
• Try removing the batteries for 90 seconds,
then reinserting them.
• Check that the batteries are correctly inser-
ted and charged.
• Move the handset closer to the electronic
control box.
• Move closer to the electronic control box.
• Check that the handset is not in the imme-
diate vicinity of an electrical installation.
• When the outside station is "woken up", a
few seconds are sometimes needed for the
handset to ring.
