• Turn the steam switch (No. 3) to position
• for maximum steam or turn the steam switch (No. 3) to the front for
less steam.
• Set the thermostat switch (No. 1) on the iron to the desired position of
MIN to MAX.
• The red indicator light (No. 11) lights up, if the selected temperature is
reached the control light goes off. On the label in your garment, you
can find the correct thermostat position which is appropriate for the
garment. See the schedule for the meaning of the thermostat standings.
• Press the steam button (No. 7) to iron with steam.
• To remove stubborn wrinkles, you can press the spray button (No. 6) to
bring your ironing to moisten. For an extra boost of steam press again
the steam button (No. 7).

The following procedure is intended for daily use of the device, every 14
days to be conducted.
• Fill the water tank (No. 8) with cold tap water.

THERMOSTAT REGULATION
•Low temperature
••Med temperature
••MAX temperature
• Insert the plug into the wall outlet and set the thermostat (No. 1) to the
MAX position.
• Hold the iron above the sink.
• Turn the steam switch (No.3) to
steam button (No. 7).
• Turn the steam switch to the off position and press repeatedly on the
anti calc button (No. 10).
• The steam holes in the soleplate (No. 9) are cleaned.
• Turn the thermostat (No. 1) to the MIN-position and turn the steam
switch (No. 3) to the off position.
• Dry the iron with a soft cloth. Note the soleplate (No. 9) is hot!
• You should remove all the water before you store the iron.

• Tristar is not liable for damages occurred through:
o In case the appliance has fallen.
o In case the appliance has been technically changed by the owner or
another third party.

o In case of normal wear of the appliance.
• By executing repairs the original warranty period of 2 years will not
be extended, nor the right to a complied new warranty. This warranty
is only legal on European soil. This warranty does not overrule the
European directive 1944/44CE.
• Always keep your receipt, without this receipt you can not claim any
form of warranty whatsoever.
• Damage caused by not following the instruction manual will lead to a
void of warranty, if this results in consequential damages Tristar will not
be liable.
