2.3. Electrical Connection

Prior to electrical connection, disconnect the ground cable (–) from the battery while the engine is off.
After connection, reconnect the ground cable (–) to the battery and do a function test.
1. Strobe headlamp connection
Only use the connected, live high-voltage cables for the strobe headlamps.
The use of longer cables will impair the function.
Connect the cables as shown in the terminal connection diagram (see page 11).
Use cable clips (not included in delivery) to permanently and reliably fasten the cables in the vehicle.
Prevent small radii (≤ 20 mm) and twisting of the cable of more than 90° when installing the connection lines
between headlamp and power supply unit.
2. Supply line connection
The supply cable is included in the delivery.
Connect as shown in the illustration (see page 12).
The connection cable cross-section must be min. 1.5 mm? (AWG16).
