8.2. Proceed with test
Note!
During the test procedure, ensure that the air check set is used in the
correct position [5-1]. The bottom part must point downwards and the
connection nipple must point upwards.
■ Connect the connection nipple [4-2] to the compressed air circuit.
■ Open the compressed air control button [4-3] by slowly turning counter-
clockwise until the pressure gauge shows [4-1] 0.8 bar.
■ After 10 minutes, close the compressed air control button completely by
turning clockwise and end the test procedure.
8.3. Check test membrane
■ Disconnect the connection nipple [4-2] from the compressed air circuit.
■ Unscrew bottom part [3-2] from air check set [3-1].
■ Remove O-ring [2-1], test membrane [1-3] and sintered filter [1-1].
■ Check test membrane [6-3] with magnifying glass [6-2] and light [6-1]
for any possible soiling.

8.4. Clean air check set
Attention!
Physical damage from incorrect cleaning
Immersion in solvents or cleaning agent can damage the O-ring.
→ Do not place immerse the O-ring in solvent or cleaning agent.
■ Clean bottom part [7-1] and air check set with clean cleaning agent
(not reclaimed agent) using a brush [7-2].
■ Blow clean compressed air through to dry the bottom part and air check
set [7-3].
9. Care and storage
Careful handling together with constant care of the product is necessary
to ensure that the air check set functions properly.
