PLACE AN HD BAR ONTO THE REAR TOWERS.
• First, slide the
threaded plates
toward the center
of the HD Bar.
• Then place the HD
Bar onto the towers
with threaded
plates facing down.

TIGHTEN THE REAR CROSSBAR TO THE TOWERS.
A. Measure and center the crossbar.
B. Slide the theaded plates into alignment with the holes in the towers.
C. Install the hardware, and fully tighten using the 6mm hex wrench to 10 Nm.
D. NOTE: Match the angle of the front towers while tightening the rear towers.

the front
system and
rear system
are tight.
Retighten
hardware if
necessary.
1. Unlock OverHaul HD.
2. Using the 13 mm and 4 mm wrench remove the acorn nuts, lock posts, and washers.
3. Carefully lift to remove the tower and crossbar assemblies (Loosen one side of each HD Bar if necessary).
4. Remove the base pads.
5. Remove the t-bolts.
6. Store all the components in a secure location.
