SMOKE OUTPUT
POINT is designed for the connection of the ue at the top,
back or side left/right of the stove.
The stove is delivered ready for the ouput of the ue from the
back ( g. 1).
FOR THE CONNECTION OF THE SMOKE OUTPUT
TO THE CHIMNEY, WHETHER FROM THE BACK,
SIDE OR TOP, IT IS NECESSARY TO REMOVE THE
CORRESPONDING METAL SIDE (right or left).
To connect:
- Loosen (by about 15 mm) the two screws on the cast iron top
under the steel cover (A - g. 2).
- Open the door and remove the galvanised panel (B1 - g. 3)
- Loosen the screw on the lower/front part of the right and left
sides (B - g. 3).
- Remove the screw above the top (see g. 5 on page 208)
- Remove the metallic left side), moving it about 2 cm towards
the front of the stove, extracting it rst from below and then
pulling it out from under the top ( g. 4).
At this point, choose the necessary ue connection (side right
ot left).
REAR SMOKE OUTPUT CONNECTION
Connect the rear smoke output pipe (not provided) to the
smoke extractor unit vent (C- g. 5) with the band provided.
In this case it is suf cient to make the smoke output pipe (not
provided) pass through the hole in the lower part of the sheet
metal back ( g. 5).
SIDE SMOKE OUTPUT CONNECTION
Fit the elbow joint to the smoke extractor unit vent (D- g. 6)
with the band provided.
Connect the side smoke output pipe (not provided) to the afore-
mentioned elbow joint.
Remove the pre-cut diaphragm from the sheet metal side to al-
low the smoke output pipe (not provided) to pass through ( g.
6).
Complete the operation by applying the closure rosette pro-
vided (E - g. 7) using the screws provided, after replacing the
metal side.
N.B. The rosette and the metal side must be tted after the ue
has been de nitively xed.
TOP SMOKE OUTPUT CONNECTION
Fit the elbow connection to the smoke extractor unit vent (D-
g. 8) with the band provided.
Connect the smoke output pipe (not provided) to the aforesaid
elbow joint.
In this case, it is necessary to use the two sheet metal half-cov-
ers provided (G - H - g. 9), instead of the whole sheet metal
cover, and to eliminate the galvanised cap (I - g. 8).
Remove the diaphragm from the small metal half-cover (G -
g.9) to allow passage of the pipe.
AFTER COMPLETING THE CONNECTION OF THE
SMOKE OUTPUT PIPE TO THE FLUE, REPLACE THE
METAL SIDE AND THEN CONTINUE WITH THE AP-
PLICATION OF THE CASING (see page 179).
