1) Loosen setscrews 1 , move rockng thread take-up
2 to the rght or left and adjust so that the dstance
from the thread hole to the center of rockng thread
take-up shaft 3 s dmenson A as shown n the l-
lustraton. Retghten screws 1 to fx the rockng
thread take-up.
2) Adjust so that rockng thread take-up base 4 s level
when the rockng thread take-up s n ts lowest poston.
Retghten screw 5 to fx the rockng thread take-up
base.
Adjustment value
Adjust so that the top end of rockng thread take-up
thread recever 2 algns wth the bottom end of thread
hole 4 of rockng thread take-up 3 when rockng
thread take-up 3 is in its lowest position, and fix it with
screw 1 .
Adjust so that the top end of thread gude thread path
(rear) 3 of spreader thread gude 2 algns wth the
lowest poston of slot of spreader thread take-up 1
when spreader thread take-up 1 s n ts hghest pos-
ton. Then tghten screw 4 to fix the spreader thread
gude.
