WARNING: Danger of burns!
• When filling and cleaning the appliance, the mains plug must be
pulled from the socket.
• Never direct the steam jet towards people, animals or electric
devices (e. g. into the oven).
• Do not use the appliance on garments whilst wearing them!
CAUTION:
• Only operate the appliance with water in the tank.
• Only use distilled water.
• Do not fill the water tank with battery water, water from the dryer
and water with additives (such as starch, perfume, fabric sof-
tener, or other chemicals).
• Do not overfill! Do not exceed the maximum filling level for the
water!
• Do not repair the appliance by yourself. Always contact an author-
ized technician. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified per-
sons in order to avoid a hazard.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and
above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in
a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children
without supervision.
