The endoscopy adapter, which is available as an accessory and
consists of a non-vented retaining ring and an elbow with a
reclosable opening, allows the physician to perform endoscopy
(bronchoscopy) with continuous ventilation.
2 Safety
Risk of injury if endoscopy is not performed correctly!
Endoscopes may injure the respiratory tract.
 Endoscopy should only ever be performed by trained healthcare
professionals.
