6.4 ERROR TABLE

MESS. DISPLAY
DESCRIPTION
E00
No event.
Generic fault, in
E01
memory.
Temporary internal
E02
error.
E03
Definitive internal error.
E04
Communication error.
E05
Over voltage error.
38
Error due to the temporary absence of water.
This occurs when water is absent and the restart
mechanism has been activated. The module
will wait before restarting in order to attempt to
automatically reset the error.
This condition occurs when there is no
water and the automatic restart system has
not activated or restart attempts occurred
already without managing to reset the system
functioning. This alarm condition closes the J3
contact on the power board for possible external
signals (alarm light, siren, etc.)
This signal occurs when the control board
cannot identify the transducer pressure signal.
This signal originates when the internal module
reaches an excessive temperature during its
normal functioning (100°C[PWE3]). In this phase
the pump keeps working at a reduced speed
signaling a failure in the forced ventilation
system. The cooling fans are set at their
maximum speed whilst the working frequency
of the pump is progressively lowered (up to
a maximum of 5Hz compared to the preset
maximum frequency).
This signal starts when the control card reaches
the maximum acceptable temperature (120°C).
The error log appears when no errors have been
signalled.
This condition signals a system breakdown
or an internal error.
The condition for internal error is due to a
problem on the power module. During the faulty
phase the module doesn't work. This alarm
condition switches off the J3 connection on the
power module for an eventual external
signal (alarm lamp, siren, etc.)
A definitive error can be defined as such if a
temporary error persistse.
This error condition occurs when the control
board cannot communicate with the power part.
This alarm condition closes the J3 contact on
the power board for possible external signals
(alarm light, siren, etc.).
This error occurs when the current absorbed
by the module isgreater than triple the nominal
current.
This condition can be caused when the pump is
blocked by foreign bodies. This alarm condition
closes the J3 contact on the power board for
possible external signals (alarm light, siren, etc.).
ACTION
Check the water level in the first tank or the aqueduct
pressure.
Wait for the programmed attempted restart or press the
button START/STOP for a manual restart.
Check the water level in the firsttank or the aqueduct
pressure.
Press the button START/STOP to manually restart the
system.
Check the pressure transducer is correctly connected.
If the error occurs again, contact your nearest
assistance centre.
Verify the correct functioning of the cooling fans and/or
the presence of foreign bodies or dirt that could block
the cooling.
Also verify the ambient temperature. The signal
reestablishes when the temperature reaches a
reasonable working
temperature (85°C).
ACTION
Press the START/STOP button toattempt to exit
this condition. In case of a persistent error, contact
technical support.
In the error condition it is possible to re-establish
normal functions after a few minutes. This procedure
is repeated automatically for a few times. Press the
START/STOP button to try to manually resolve this
condition. In case of a persistent error, contact the
technical
support service.
Press the START/STOP button to try to manually resolve
this condition. In case of a persistent error, contact the
technical support service.
Cut the power off and wait until the LINE Led switches
off and after which turn power back on. If the error
condition occurs again, contact your nearest assistance
centre.
Cut off the power supply and wait for the LINE Led to
switch off.
Check the pump freely rotates and if necessary remove
foreign bodies that block correct functioning.
Turn power back on. If the error persists, contact your
nearest assistance centre.
