It is permissible to periodic lubrication and periodic regulation of the toothed belt tension.

Periodic lubrication
The periodic lubrication must be carried out by qualified persons only.
On the ball screw apply grease, without desassembling the cylinder. Infact, it is
possible to log in to the screw throught a hole in the barrel and using the spe-
cific syringe as shown in the catalogue.Use only grease based on lithium soap
code RS/GRAS19. Do not use grease with solid addictives (molybdenum disulfi-
de or graphite).The frequency of lubrication is defined by the operating conditions.
In general, we can consider a re-lubrication after 200-500 working hours (max 2 years).
The rod must be always be coated with a thin layer of grease.
With regards to the quantity of grease to be used for the lubrication, follow below table
which indicates the number of turns of the syringe knob:

Syringe use
1) Ensure the rod is fully retracted (0 mm stroke),
remove cap take off cap pos.2
and washer pos.1 and replace with the insert
pos. 3.
2) Screw the insert pos.3.
3) Screw the nut pos.4 on insert pos.3.
4) Turn the knob (see table)
