Fault Cause
• No start signal
No output power (no
welding takes place)
• Connection to ground not carried out correctly
• Electronic system defective
• Rolls are incorrectly mounted or defective
• Gear motor defective
• Wire feed spiral damaged
Wire feeder is

• The wire is irregularly wound on the spool

• Replace the defective part
