The luminaire does not adjust the brightness to the set target
level.
Possible reasons:
- After setting the brightness you have a time interval of
30 seconds to save the current light value as a nominal
value by double clicking (press the button rapidly two times
in succession).
Please pay attention to this time interval.
- The brightness control will be started only 5 secounds after
the target level has been set.
Please observe this delay time.
- The brightness control was disabled by changing the bright
ness by pressing the button.
Switch the luminaire off and then on again.
The luminaire will not switch on again using the presence
detector:
Possible reason:
- The luminaire was switched off by pressing the button.
Please note:
After switching off the luminaire, the movement detection will
only be reactivated if nobody has been within in the detection
range for at least 30 seconds.
- The working environment is not entirely within the sensor
detection area. Move your hand in front of the sensor and
observe the performance of the luminaire. The LED in the
sensor flashes when a movement is detected. If the lumi-
naire and the sensor LED respond to the motion, realign
the luminaire in respect to the working environment.
- There is enough daylight, and no additional artificial light is
needed.
- Automatic switch-on is deactivated.

Automatic switch-on cannot be deactivated.
Possible cause:
- Brightness has been modified within the last 30 secs. via
pressing and holding the push button. Wait at least 30 secs.
after modifying brightness before deactivating the automa
tic switch-on.
Note:
Briefly pressing the button twice within 30 secs. after mo-
difying the brightness saves the light value of artificial light
and daylight as a new nominal value for daylight-dependent
control.
- Deactivation of automatic switch-on is locked (see page 32).
The luminaire does not respond as anticipated when pressing
the button.
Possible reason:
- Manual dimming is locked (see page 32).
- The button is pressed for too long.
