Use of the vacuum packaging machine

Manual operation MSD300P-300-400-500
•
Press the push-button with the
display.
•
If you wish to modify the working language press the SET push-button (n°2 pg.11) while visualizing the "Welcome"
message. Select, then, the desired language by pressing the + and – push-buttons (n°3 pg.11).
•
After the "Welcome" message disappears press the SET push-button (n°2 pg.11) and wait until the word
"Temperature" appears on the display, proceed then to regulate the sealing level by pressing the + and – push-
buttons (n°3 pg.11) depending on the characteristics and the thickness of the sachet being used (it is recommended
that sealing tests be performed before proceeding with the vaccum packaging of the products). Press again the SET
push-button to memorize the new "Temperature" level.
•
Using the MODE push-button (n°4 pg.11) select the "Manual" operational cycle.
•
Insert the product to be preserved inside the sachet.
•
Insert the opening of the sachet inside the decompression chamber so that the opening itself is inside the gasket.
•
Make sure that the product inside the sachet is nowhere near the sealing bar.
•
Lower the movable bar and push downwards, in such a way that the sachet remains captured inside the
decompression chamber. The machine will start automatically at the lowering of the movable bar.
•
Maintain pressure with your hand on the movable bar until the vacuum inside the decompression chamber is such
that it independently holds the bar downwards.
•
Control, through the display, that the pressure inside the sachet reaches suction level 8.
•
Press the SEAL/PUMP push-button (n°5 pg.11) to start the process of sealing the sachet.
•
Check that the seal does not create vaccum loss and, that the sachet does not have holes or tears.

Press the switch (n°1 pg.12) located high-up on the machine. On the display a red LED light will light-up indicating
the presence of voltage.
•
Press the ON-OFF push-button (n°2 pg.12) to feed the control panel. On the display the P_1 writing will appear
indicating program n°1. The machine provides n°6 programmes that the operator can modify depending on
individual work requirements.
•
To modify the programmes press the SET push-button (n°3 pg.12).
•
On the display a red hyphen will appear next to the word VACUUM and the P_1 writing will turn into P1.
•
At this point it is possible to start (the LED is on - n°5 pg.12) or end (the LED is off – n°5 pg.12) the cycle of
aggregate gas delivery, pressing the Gas ON (the LED is on) oppure Gas OFF (the LED is off) push-buttons.
