Use of the bell-shaped vacuum packing machine with aggregate gas
delivery MCD300-400-450-444C-554C-755C-776C
•
Connect the gas cylinder tube to the
nozzle (n°1 pg.15) located on the
side of the machine. Fix the tube
using a strap.
•
Ignite the switch (n°1 pg.12) located
high-up on the machine. A red LED
will light-up the display indicating the
presence of voltage.
•
Press the ON-OFF push-button (n°2
pg.12) to feed the control panel. On
the
display
the
indicating
program
machine provides n°6 programmes
that can be modified, so that the
operator
can
personalize
depending
on
individual
requirements.
•
To modify the various programmes
press the SET push-button (n°3
pg.12).
•
On the display a red hyphen will
appear next to the word VACUUM
and the P_1 writing will turn into
P1.
•
At this point it is possible to start
(the LED is on - n°5 pg.12) the
process of aggregate gas delivery,
by pressing the Gas ON (the LED is
on) push-button.
•
In order to modify the other settings
press the SET push-button twice.
This will cause numbers to appear
on the display, while the red
hyphen will remain next to the word
VACUUM.
•
VACUUM mode makes it possible
to vary the time of air suction inside
the chamber from 1 to 60 seconds.
To modify these settings press the
+ and – push-buttons (n°4 pg.12).
•
The red hyphen will position itself
next to the word SEAL, this will
make it possible to modify the time
for sealing the sachet from 0 to 10
seconds, by pressing the + and –
push-buttons (n°4 pg.12).
•
In order to modify the last setting press the SET push-button again twice, the red hyphen will therefore position itself
next to the word GAS. With the help of the + and – push-buttons (n°4 pg.12) it is possible to modify the time of
aggregate gas delivery from 1 to 30 seconds.
•
Insert the sachet inside the decompression chamber in such a way that the mouth of the bag rests on the bar.
•
For aggregate gas delivery insert the existing nozzles near the sealing bar inside the mouth of the sachet.
•
Do this in such a way that the product contained inside the sachet is nowhere near the sealing bar.
•
Lower the chamber cover and press it downwards. The machine will start automatically at the lowering of the cover.
•
Maintain pressure with your hand on the cover until the vacuum inside the decompression chamber is such that it
independently holds the cover downwards.
•
At the end of the operational cycle the machine will automatically come to a stop and the chamber cover will lift-up.
•
Check that the seal does not create vaccum loss and, that the sachet does not have holes or tears.
