Purpose of the manual
This manual was created by TECNA s.p.a. to provide the
necessary information for the correct installation, use
and maintenance of the equipment.
The manual may at times refer to the equipment more
generically as the machine.
TECNA s.p.a. reserves the right to make any technical
changes to this manual and to the machine without
prior notice.
1.2
Warranty
1.2.1 Warranty period
TECNA s.p.a. guarantees its products against all factory
defects and undertakes to provide its customers with
free replacement of any parts found to have factory
defects.
1.2.2 Warranty period
TECNA s.p.a. guarantees its products for 24 months
from the date of delivery given on the purchase
document.
1.2.3 Warranty exclusions
The warranty does not cover components subject to
normal wear and tear, such as fuses, electrodes, cables,
flexible connections, hoses and nameplates.
1.3
Technical support requests
Our customer support/after-sales service is available
for clarifications and for dispatch of spare parts.
Always specify the following:
• Customer name and identification data.
• Equipment identification data.
• Purchase document

The identification data for the manufacturer and the
machine are stamped on a nameplate.
The following data is displayed on the plate:
1. Identification of manufacturer.
2. CE conformity marking (only if applicable).
3. Spot welder code.
4. Spot welder version.
5. Spot welder serial number.
6. Year of manufacture.
7. Spot welder technical data.
8. Pneumatic gun code.
9. Pneumatic gun technical data.
10. Proper disposal of the product.

The identification data for the manufacturer and the
pneumatic are stamped on an identification plate.
The following data is displayed on the plate:
11. Identification of manufacturer.
12. Pneumatic gun code.
13. Supply voltage of the machine to which the gun
can be connected.
14. Proper disposal of the product.
