The funnel is supplied disassembled, the correct
assembly is essential for the good thresher
operation, to assemble the funnel follow the steps
as shown in Figure 2:
The rubber pads are supplied disassembled, to

assemble the pads (1), remove the nuts (2) and
washers (3) from the screw and assemble it in the
holes located on the base of the machine stand (4).
Then assemble the washers and the nut and lightly
tighten as shown in the illustration.
Note:
Do not attach the machine to the floor,
let it unattached with all the feet laying on a
leveled basis and with the rubber pads in order to
absorb the equipment vibration. Attaching the
machine to the floor leads to a warranty loss.
Feeding Funnel Assembly

Rubber Pad
Assemble the feeding funnel (12) to fit the welded

screws (6);
Then, with the funnel seated in the correct position,

secure the screw (5) from the inside out and secure
with the washers and nuts (13, 9 and 7), similarly
secure the screw (4) with the washers and nuts (1, 2
and 3) in their respective holes.
Prior to final tightening, secure the washers and nuts

(10 and 11) to the screw (6) with the funnel
assembled in place to complete the final tightening
of all nuts and screws.
To remove the funnel follow the reverse procedures.
Note:
Be careful not to leave any tools or
objects inside the rotor while assembling
the funnel.
