Checking:
Before operating the equipment, check:
Whether there are tools or objects on the motor or
on the equipment, especially inside the feeding
funnel.
If there is something obstructing the motor.
If the rotation direction is correct.
If the voltage of the power source is the same of that
of the equipment.
If all screws are tight.
If there are no people in the direction of the straw
and threshed maize outlet chute.
Whether there is a container for collecting threshed
maize in the maize outlet chute.
Notes:
Operate the equipment only when it
is empty and after checking the above
items.
Start feeding only when the nominal
operating speed is reached.
Do not stop the machine when it is
being fed and/or has material inside it
except in an emergency situation.
Always insert the ear of corn into the funnel upside
down as shown in Figure 4.
Take care not to overload the motor.
Attention!
Use dry corn only.
The ear corn must be inserted into the
machine always point down.

Attention!
Maize thresher feeding must be in
sufficient amounts to maintain the
machine working, avoiding overload
or lack of material, thus producing a
better performance.
The maizes and straws are thrown by
the outlet chute, be careful as they
come out at high speed and may cause
personal injury.
Insert another ear of corn into the
feeding funnel only after the threshing
straw and cob come out and so on.
