Installing the Torch
1. Connect the red cable with the red terminal on the front side of the
plasma cutter.
2. Connect the torch control cable to the black, round, 3-pronged
connector on the front of the plasma cutter. Be certain to properly align
the notch in the connector with the grove in the plug.
3. Connect the torch to the negative (-) receptacle.

5. Connect the grounding cable to the positive (+) receptacle.
Air Compressor Connection
NOTE: The CUT-40 requires 4.5 cfm @60 psi air pressure to operate.
1. Connect the air compressor to the quick connect on the back panel.
(Install with Teflon tape to prevent leaking)
