Error 20: charger bulk time expired
Error 34: Internal error
Error 37: No input voltage (only for the
three output version)
Error 65: charger disappeared during
operation
Error 66: Incompatible device
Error 67: BMS connection lost
Error 113, 114
Error 115
Error 116, 117
Possible cause
The mains is not ok
Input or output fuses are defective
A bad battery connection
The battery select switch is in the wrong
position
Cable losses too high
The battery select switch setting is
switch is in the wrong position
A battery cell is defective
Overcharging or fast charging
Battery voltage too high (> 36 V)
Bulk time too long (> 10 hrs)
Temperature in cabinet too high
CAN bus connection lost
Possible cause
Overcharging or fast charging
Wiring mistake, or another charger is
over charging
Wiring mistake or temperature
sensor broken
Wiring mistake
The heat generated by the charger
cannot be removed
Internal error
After 10 hours of bulk charging, the
battery voltage has still not reached
the absorption voltage
Mains removed or ac-input fuse
blown
One of the other chargers with which
this charger was synchronizing has
disappeared during operation
The charger is being paralleled to
another charger that has different
settings and/or a different charge
algorithm
Connection to the BMS lost.
Internal error
Communication error
Internal error
Solution
Measure mains: 180 -265 VAC
Return product to your dealer
Check battery connection
Select correct battery type with rotary
switch
Use cables with larger cross section.
Use external voltage sensing
Select correct battery type with rotary
switch
Replace battery
Connect external temperature sensor
Check all charging equipment
Check cables and connections
Possible cell failure, or
higher charge current needed
Check air vents of cabinet
Improve cooling of environment
Reconnect CAN bus or switch the
charger off and back on if the CAN bus
connection is no longer required
Solution
Connect external temperature
sensor
Check all charging equipment
Check cables and connections
Check the temperature sensor
wiring and if that doesn't help
replace the temperature sensor
Check the voltage sensor wiring
Check air vents of cabinet
Improve cooling of environment

Check main availability and fuse
To clear the error, switch the
charger off and back on
Make sure all settings are the
same and update firmware on all
chargers to the latest version
Check the CAN bus cabling. When
the charger needs to operate in
stand-alone mode again, press the
internal 'reset settings to factory
defaults' button for 5 seconds.
