same weight and size. If replacement is needed,
always change the set.
Attention!
Never operate the machine if the access
lid to the cutting blades is not closed and
with the screws properly tight.

To sharp the cutting blades of the TRR 180/190,
you have first to withdraw the disk (4):
As shown in Figure 7, loosen the disc clamping
screw (1), remove the lock washer (2), the adapter
sleeve (3), and, if required, manually pull the disc
(4) out. Use a lever to help remove the disc;
With the 3/16" Allen wrench, hold the screw (5) and
the 1/2" star wrench that comes with the manual,
loosen the lock nuts (6), remove the lock washers (7),
the screws (5), and remove the blade (8), as shown in
Figure 8;
Sharpen the knife and replace the screws, the
pressure washers, nuts and tight tehm with a torque
wrench as "Torque Specifications" table in this
manual (page 74);
Repeat this procedure for the remaining knives;
Sharpen or change the blades and retighten them on
the disc, while paying attention to the disc balance.

Having the knives sharped, replace the disc on
the spindle taking care to properly fit the key in
the shaft and in the disc. Place the chuck grip, the
pressure washer and the bolt, tighten them with a
torque wrench, close the funnel.
