1. Make sure that the appliance is unplugged and switched off.
2. Unlock the lid by pressing the release button (3).
3. Remove the deep frying basket and fi ll oil or fat into the
container (11) (maximum 2 l). Only fi ll between the min. and
max. mark (illustration 1-4).

4. Insert the plug into a standard safety socket 230 V, 50 Hz
and then switch the deep fat fryer on. The orange POWER
control lamp (5) and the red TEMP control lamp (6) light up.
Turn the temperature regulator (7) to the desired temperatu-
re.
5. When the temperature that has been set is reached the
control lamp goes off (6).
6. Open the lid and suspend the deep frying basket containing
the food to be fried carefully into the recess. Ensure that the
handle (9) is locked in place facing upwards and the basket
is therefore located above the hot fat.
7. Close the lid. Now lower the deep frying basket into the hot
fat by pulling back the button (10) on the handle.
8. It is possible that the indicator light (6) goes on and off se-
veral times while frying. This is normal and it indicates that
the temperature is controlled by the thermostat and is being
maintained. At the end of the frying time (the frying time is
specifi ed on the package of the food or in the recipe) open
carefully the lid (Warning! Hot steam may be released!).
Remove the frying basket.
9. Let the oil drip from the food being fried.
10. Switch off the appliance and pull the plug out of the socket.
Cleaning
1. Make sure that the plug is pulled out.
2. Wait until the deep fryer is completely cool before cleaning.
Wait in any case for 1 to 2 hours after use before using
again to avoid burns.
3. In order to change the oil, pull the deep frying container out
by the handles (see illustration 3) and pour the oil out at the
side.

4. Please do not immerse the device in water.
5. The lid can be pulled off upwards. This makes cleaning
easier (see illustration 5).
6. In order to replace the fi lters (12), pull the fi lter cover (13)
located in the lid of the device upwards.
7. Clean the deep frying fat container, the lid and the housing
with a damp cloth and household detergent if necessary.
Please do not immerse in water.
8. The deep frying basket can be cleaned in the usual way in
soapy water.
9. Avoid using abrasive detergents or sharp objects to avoid
damaging the deep fryer!

The device supplied by our Company is covered by a 24 month
guarantee starting on the date of purchase (receipt).
During the life of the guarantee any fault of the device or its
accessories ascribable to material or manufacturing defects will
be eliminated free of charge by repairing or, at our discretion, by
replacing it. The guarantee services do not entail an extension
of the life of the guarantee nor do they give rise to any right to a
new guarantee!
Proof of the guarantee is provided by the proof of purchase.
Without proof of purchase no free replacement or repair will be
carried out.
If you wish to make a claim under the guarantee please return
the entire machine in the original packaging to your dealer
together with the receipt.
Defects to consumables or parts subject to wearing as well as
cleaning, maintenance or the replacement of said parts are not
covered by the guarantee and hence are to be paid!
The guarantee lapses in case of unauthorized tampering.
