2 Operation
Measurement in bores:
The exact pick-up position can be checked
with the digital position display (see Chapter
2.3.4. Measuring mode). The measurement is
then started by means of the start key
integrated in the table power supply unit T500
TN; this avoids vibration of the T500.
Measurement of bevelled edges: Undo the
locking screws of the stop pin, turn the pin to
the correct angled position and lock in this
position. Fine adjustment of the angled
position is performed by means of the
knurled screw.

Note: If measurements are performed
with the T500 in the measuring column
together with the table power supply unit
T500 TN, then it may be expedient to deacti-
vate the automatic cut-out function of the
T500 (deactivation after 10 seconds) (see
Chapter 2.3.5 Set-up mode "Timer").
