CARGA DEL CARBÓN
Open the front door, get the grill racks out and load the
charcoal forming a pyramidal shape.
Abrir la puerta, sacar las parrillas y cargar el carbón dentro
del horno en forma piramidal.
Turn on the hood before the load, to extract
the possible carbon particles that remain in
the air.
Encender la campana antes de realizar la carga
de carbón, para extraer las possibles partículas
de carbón que queden en suspensión.
