Remove the larger pieces of dirt from the lamellae by using a vacuum cleaner and/or a moderate
jet of compressed air;
Wash the lamellae with soap and warm water and rinse thoroughly;
Dry with a moderate jet of compressed;
Put components back in their original position.

Clean blades of fan delicately with a cloth and avoid creating deformations that might make the fan
unbalanced and create vibrations;
Remove dirt from the various areas always making sure not to damage the electrical cables and/or
cooling system tubes.

The table below shows the major malfunctions that may occur. In cases of extraordinary
maintenance, this table must be read by qualified and suitably authorized personnel.

gets jammed after a short time.
Make sure the plug is inserted properly in the outlet and that
the control panel is connected to the mains voltage. The
panel must have the appropriate requisites.
Make sure the main switch is in the ON position.
Make sure the humidistat is in the condition to request
dehumidification and is in the CONT position.
When using a remote humidistat, make sure it commands the
start of the cycle and that the humidistat on the machine is in
the OFF position.
If the machine is operating with a tray, make sure the tray is
not full.
If the machine is operating with a tray, make sure it is
positioned correctly on the weighing system support so it can
receive the start signal.
If the machine is operating without a tray, make sure switch 2
(figures 5, 6 and 7) for cutting out the tray is in the ON
position.
Disconnect and visually check all electrical cables and
connections to make sure they are sound; when in doubt
consult authorized and qualified personnel.
Control the conditions of the protection fuse on the card.
Make sure the microswitches that control the weighing
system are not damaged.
Make sure ambient temperature is within operation range.
