To calibrate the scale, after setting both weights to zero, work on the adjustment screws (see
illustration) until the indicator matches the measurement tab.
The base must be positioned on a perfectly flat floor to calibrate the unit correctly.
OPERATION
Before the person steps onto the platform, bring the height cursor up above the person's height.
After the person is on the platform, slowly lower the cursor until it rests on the person's head.
The graduated measuring beam can be extended on both sides: the lower part can be used to
measure heights up to 102 cm. The height value is indicated right by the cursor. The upper ruler
is used to measure heights up to 200 cm. The height value is indicated right where the two
graduated measuring beams intersect, indicated by the READ arrow (see illustration).
Note: to correctly use the upper measuring beam block the cursor on the upper part of the
sliding measuring ruler.
Attention: Do not keep the cursor horizontally because it may be dangerous.
MAINTENANCE
The device was designed to last a lifetime. It is resistant to chemical attack, except for M.E.K.
ketons, diluting solutions and polish removers.
Periodically verify the calibration and the leveling of the scale. Perform this operation
every time it is moved (see installation).
