Serial number: univocal identification number of peripheral units.
Setpoint: reference value for the light sensor in order to adjust the luminous intensity.
Wink: term used to indicate the forced switch-on of a ballast, with simultaneous switch-off of all the other
lamps. This operation is used to make the identification of a lamp easier during installation or configuration.

Question – When I launch the software, both the Plant and Controls options are deactivated.
Answer – Check that the PC USB IR interface is connected correctly. The software can be opened without
interface to print the templates only.
