4.4 Individual table settings
The table system can be adapted to sitting and standing activities to suit the work situation and is
continuously adjustable. The height can be adjusted from 720-1190 mm. The memory function allows the
user to store individual table heights.
4.4.1 Determining the desk height while sitting:

• Your lower arm either lies horizontally on the desk or drops very slightly to your wrist.
Please also ensure: That the angle between your upper arm and lower arm is not less
than 90°.
