4.4 Individual table settings
The table system can be adapted to sitting and standing activities to suit the work situation and is
continuously adjustable. The height can be adjusted from 635-1285 mm. The memory function allows the
user to store individual table heights.
4.4.1 Determining the desk height while sitting:
After you have set your office chair roll close to the edge of the desk. If your office chair has armrests that
can be adapted then the correct desk height is automatically the height of the armrests. This is because the
surfaces of the armrests and the table should form one level. The angle between upper arm and lower arm
should be 90° and greater.
4.4.2 Determining the desk height while standing:
• Stand up straight next to the desk and ensure that you spread your weight evenly between
both feet.
• Select a height at which you achieve a relaxed state in your shoulder and neck muscles.
• Your lower arm either lies horizontally on the desk or drops very slightly to your wrist.
Please also ensure: That the angle between your upper arm and lower arm is not less
than 90°.
For more information on ergonomic settings and workplace design please consult your trade
association at your company. Please observe the safety notes prior to each assembly.
