1.2 Place the peak on the side mechanism centring the side air intake of the peak on the
mechanism itself (Fig. 26).
1.3 Push the release lever of the mechanism completely upwards (Fig. 27) and, at the
same time, push the peak against the mechanism.
1.4 Release the release lever which should return downwards and make sure that the
peak remains attached to the mechanism.
1.5 Follow the same steps on the other side of the helmet.
The peak can be adjusted in two positions by turning it up or down Fig. 28-29).
WARNING!!!

Make sure that the mechanisms are working properly. Rotate the peak upwards
or downwards making sure that the mechanisms hold it in the 2 different
positions. If necessary, repeat the above-mentioned steps.

Do not use the helmet if the peak has not been assembled properly.

Should any of the side mechanisms be malfunctioning or damaged, please refer
to a Nolan authorized dealer.

When riding on the road, the peak HAS to be adjusted to the highest position
(Fig. 28).
2. PEAK DISASSEMBLY
2.1 Push the peak upwards (Fig. 28).
2.2 Push the release lever of the mechanism completely upwards and, at the same time,
pull the peak away from the helmet (Fig. 27).
2.3 Release the release lever which should return downwards.
2.4 Follow the same steps on the other side of the helmet.
WARNING!!!

When using the helmet without the visor and/or without the peak, always
assemble the side plates.

Do not remove the side mechanisms from the shell.

1. PINLOCK® INNER VISOR ASSEMBLY
1.1 Remove the visor.
1.2 Make sure that the inner surface of the visor is clean and check that the pin adjustment
external levers are turned inwards.
1.3 Place the Pinlock® inner visor on the visor. WARNING: The silicone-sealed profile of
the Pinlock® inner visor should be in contact with the inner surface of the visor.
1.4 Insert one side of the Pinlock® inner visor on one of the visor pins and hold it in
position (Fig. 30).
1.5 Widen the visor and fasten the other side of the Pinlock® inner visor to the second
pin (Fig. 31).
