If the hob is not working properly, please carry out the following checks before calling
the technical assistance service.
Problem
There is no spark
when lighting the
gas
The burner flame is

To achieve maximum energy efficiency, it is recommended to use pans with
recommended size for each burner. If there is no special cooking requirement,
turn the control knob to the maximum position. Keep the burner and pan support
clean.

Possible solution
Check that the hob is plugged in and the electrical supply is
switched on.
Check the burner caps and crowns have been replaced
correctly, e.g. after cleaning.
Check the holes and grooves on the burners are not
blocked.
