The discharge pipe must not have a negative slope.
ATTENTION!
The water system supply pressure
must be between 150 and 250 kPa
(1.5÷2.5 Bar) and the maximum pressure
must not exceed 450 kPa (4.5 Bar).
If the pressure exceeds the above
values a pressure reducing valve must
be installed on the inlet pipe.

Installation diagrams

The installation diagrams (page 2) give the machine
overall dimensions and position of water and electrical
connections, as well as the position of the surround
elements such as walls and any fastenings.
Also, the equipment must be installed at a distance of not
less than 150 mm from the wall to avoid compromising
correct positioning of the connections.
The wall is represented in the diagrams with the symbol:

Electrical connection

Connection to the power supply must be carried out in
compliance with the regulations and provisions in force
in the country of use.
• Make sure the machine's power supply voltage given
on the data plate (Table 2) matches the mains voltage;
• Make sure the system power supply is arranged and
able to take the actual current load and that it is executed
in a workmanlike manner according to the regulations
in force in the country of use;
• In case of doubts regarding the efficiency of the
equipotential earth connection, or aspects concerning
electrical safety, have the system checked by a qualified
electrician;
• Wire the plug that is lacking according to the type of
panel outlet the hood will be connected to; the electrical
values are given in Table 2.
• A list of international sockets and plugs is given in
Table 1.

DESCRIPTION OF CONTROL PANEL

Described below are all the single buttons and functions
present in the control panel on the front of the hood.
F1

Basic controls

Power On light
Lighting up the green LED indicates that the hood is
powered and is ready for normal operation.
Whenever the oven is turned on, the LED flashes for
loading of water in the condenser. When the oven is
turned off after daily use, the LED may start flashing if
the temperature inside the hood is high. The fans remain
running to cool the internal components.
Do not turn off the power to the hood but leave it to
cool.
Button 1-
Odour elimination: standard
This button enables a standard odour absorbing
capacity, and is recommended for normally intensive
cooking. The yellow LED indicates that this function is
enabled.
Button 2 -
Odour elimination: high
This button enables a high odour absorbing capacity,
and is recommended for more intensive cooking. The
yellow LED indicates that this function is enabled.
Alarm LED
The lighting up of this red LED indicates an equipment
malfunction (refer to par. "I8 Description of alarms" for
the description of problems and possible solutions).
