Problem
Pump

Cause
Low pressure
spray tip installed.

Inlet hose is Idnked or leaking.

Clogged inlet hose strainer.

High pressure hose is blocked or
leaks.

Gun leaks.

Spray tip is obstructed.

filter is clogged

Dirty in-line filter.

Replace spray tip with high
pressure
spray tip.

Clear inlet.

Provide adequate

flow.

Straighten
inlet hose, patch leak.

Clear blocks in outlet
hose.

Replace gun.
