4. Put the ShotMedium back into the machine by turning the
basket over inside the machine and top up with water until
the lower notch of the red level indicator is reached (see
picture 14).
If the machine is equipped with an Immersion heater:
The heater will be turned off at the start of ShotMedium col-
lection. The heater will automatically be turned on again, either
after starting a wash cycle, or after turning the main switch OFF
and then ON.

TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
BAD CLEANING RESULT
First check if:
• the motors rotate, and rotate in the correct direction (see
picture 20)
• the water level is correct (see the chapter "DAILY MAINTE-
NANCE")
• there is foam in the water (see the chapter "DAILY MAIN-
TENANCE")
• the water is regularly changed (see the chapter "CHANGE
OF WATER")
• the amount of ShotMedium is correct (see the chapter
"CHANGE OF WATER")
• lots of ShotMedium are in front of the baffle plate (see the
chapter "DAILY MAINTENANCE")
• original ShotMedium is being used (see the chapter "SHOT-
MEDIUM")
• foreign detergents has been used (see the chapter "DETER-
GENT")
Then check:
• if the flush pipes (see pictures 5 and 6) are blocked (if they
are, take action as described below)
• if the dynamic flush pipe (see picture 6) is moving (if not,
contact the your dealer)
• if the hoses connecting the pump (see picture 14) with the
flush pipes have worked themselves loose from either the
pump or the flush pipes
If all the above items are correct, a proffessional should check
the wear of the pump (see picture 21). This could be the case
as the machine approaches 20,000 wash cycles.
FLUSH PIPES ARE BLOCKED
A flush pipe (see pictures 5 and 6) may be blocked for the fol-
lowing reasons:
• A valve cap or some other foreign object has got trapped in
the nozzle of the flush pipe
• The machine has been operating with too low water level
• There is too much ShotMedium in the machine
• Non approved ShotMedium have been used
• There is foam in the water because a by non approved
detergent has been used
• There is foam in the water because it is very dirty

To check if a flush pipe is blocked, put a finger or a piece of
soft hose into the nozzle (see picture 18).
In case a pipe is blocked, dismantle the shovel (see picture 18).
Note that left and right shovels are different from each other,
see picture 25. Do not mix up left from right shovels! A mix up
could lead to damages on wheels to be washed thereafter!.
Remove the two M6 nuts, remove the rubber nozzle and clear
the blocked pipe by means of compressed air. If needed, extend
your air gun with the enclosed airhose (placed with electrical
diagram inside the motor compartment, see picture 19 and 24)
and work it all the way down towards the pump.
Caution: Please read chapter 3; Safety Information before
removing the Motor Compartment Door.
Then start a short wash cycle to really clean out the pipes and
finally fit the flush nozzle and shovel back into place.
If a valve cap or some other object blocks the pipes repeatedly,
this must be removed from the ShotMedium.
We repeat that we strongly recommend that the valve cap is
removed from the wheel before washing as it can cause opera-
tional disturbances if it falls off during the wash cycle (see the
chapter "INSTUCTIONS OF USE").
DISPLAY MESSAGES:
The LCD-display (nr 1 picture 7) can show four different error
messages:
"Door open" – means that the door for the washing compart-
ment is detected to be open by the safety switch or sensor, see
picture 23..
"Error pump" – means that something is wrong with the pump
motor.
"Error rotation" – means that something is wrong with the
motor that rotates the wheel.
"Error flush pipe" – means that something is wrong with the
motion of the dynamic flush pipe.

DAILY MAINTENANCE
(see picture 12 and 13)
The water level must be checked daily (symbol 1) and adjusted
when needed. The machine will not operate properly if the
water level is wrong. It will wash less efficiently and the risk of
blocking the flush pipes will increase.
Check that no foam develops in the machine (symbol 2). This
can happen if you wash many wheels from cars that have just
been cleaned in automatic car washers. Likewise can foam
develop if you add detergents other than the original to the
water. Foam will cause malfunction. The machine will wash less
efficiently and the risk of blocking the flush pipes will increase.
In front of the baffle plate there should be no ShotMedium
(symbol 5). If there are ShotMedium in front of the baffle plate,
these will not be fed into the pump and hence the wash result
will deteriorate.
